Refresh Lunch Money connection

/destinations/lunch-money/connections/{connectionId}/refresh

Triggers a background refresh of the connection's budget metadata and accounts.
Use this when you've added or renamed manual accounts in Lunch Money and want
Synci to pick up the changes without waiting for the next scheduled sync.

Rate limited to once per minute per connection.
