Get enrichment backfill status

GET

/finance/accounts/{accountId}/enrichment-status

Progress of the one-off enrichment pass over transactions that were
already stored when enrichment was switched on for this account. Counts
cover every backfill this account has run, not only the latest, and only
transactions the backfill itself sent: enrichment of newly synced
transactions is not reported here.
