Alpha. Version 2 of the Synci API is still taking shape. Endpoints published here may change without a deprecation period until v2 is declared stable.
/api/v2. Every other endpoint is still served and documented under v1. Authentication, scopes, pagination and error handling are identical to v1.
What is different
Version 2 is where breaking changes land. Rather than versioning the whole surface at once, each endpoint moves to v2 only when its request or response shape has to change in a way v1 clients could not absorb. A v2 endpoint and its v1 counterpart can be used side by side with the same token.
Using v2 safely
- Pin to the exact field names you read, and expect additions.
- Watch the help center and your account email for changes to alpha endpoints; they are announced, but without the deprecation window stable endpoints get.
- Prefer v1 for anything you are not actively migrating.
